My goal was to find and execute a way to reunite a friendship. I got the method, I just have to execute it.

Drama to the max!

I never make any new years resolutions, but I have always one goal in mind... being happy and that I managed so.. I guess my "Yes" wasn't an incorrect choice. :)

Lol, fair enough I suppose...being happy should always be on one's list of things to do, other people in society can make that hard at times though :stab:

uh - something like start smoking and drink more alcohol and gain weight? well, i had a new years resolution - to get my health back. that is all what matters for me, but it is not all in my hands. But I try.
Ah, for next year I have a resolution: get rich and famous. :XD:

If you smoke and drink too much, you'll end up looking like my stepdad when your'e 50, and he's pretty scary too. Lol, when he met my mother around 8 years ago, he was very well-built and had a happy-go-lucky personality and was a really fun guy (and he looked liked mel Gibson...I don't see the big deal in that, but I guess older people like my mother find that attractive) Now he's got a beer gut, makes a wheezing noise in his heavy breaths, and gets really moody and acts like a total jerk at times :hmm: don't let yourself go down the same fate :ohnoes:

Everybody wants to get rich and famous though  I signed up for a modelling agency early this year (yeah, I love the camera lol) But none of the job listings require my "type" of male for it, the ones tthat do are located far too away, and I can't drive...So I tried following what I was thinking of doing for nearly 2 years, but it's looking like an epic failure for now, so don't get your hopes too high :p

oh, that´s not nice. >.< but i must admit older men are really sexy sometimes. ;)

hey, good luck with modeling!
i was just joking, rich would be enough. ;) with my job it´s the opposite - people come to me and want art, i haven´t made big advertising, it just happens.

Well, I know this is insanely late as I have been gone all weekend... but I had set a resolution and achieved it. I swore I would be published, my own comic that is all mine that I did everything for with no help....and I did it. Not like an ashcan or something little, but full high gloss cover bearing the free lunch comics stamp of approval...now I am on to book 2. man, It's hard to do it all by yourself... but I did.

That sounds really awesome, I know it would be hard for comic artists to get a lucky break, so that really IS a big acheivement, especially if it's not just some little thing either :highfive:

It's really hard to do it all by yourself! I mean, I even do my own adset... which I could have someone else do but I want to make sure that everyone is just in the right spot to look... perfect. I'm kinda annal retentive and I like to even advertise things that I believe in in my books. I have showcased artists in the back too. I wanted it to be something that perhaps people would need to touch... Does that make sense at all? Anyway, I'm posting a new picture tomorrow. you kinda, helped to inspire it a bit because I usually don't do much for hand drawn detail in my backgrounds.... I'm a photographer too. Please stop by for a peak, since it is partially your fault, the rest... my friend Mike as it is his character Thalen.
