For the first time ever, I feel that my gallery is good enough for people to actually want to buy prints from me. And what better time to start my store on DA's birthday. I have read some of the prints FAQ but this is still new to me and I'm not sure exactly how all this stuff works yet. But I see even beginners offering their work for sale, so I thought I had nothing to lose.
I must admit that the all deviations so far are at the default 72 DPI, because they were made at a time where I only thought they would be viewed on screen. They can't be accepted or rejected until someone attempts to buy them. But future works will be done at a higher resolution though ( not TOO much because I don't want Photoshop frequently crashing on me, or have to put up with ridiculous render times ). Heres a list of available prints and their maximum size...
"Stranded" - '16x24'.
"High rise" - '10x15'
"Night flight" - '9x12'
"Forever and a Cay" - '20x30'
"The next mission" - '24x36'

Dont ask me why "Night flight" which is bigger than "High rise" can't be sold at a larger size...It just wouldn't let me.

Also, I am entering two contests. I am lucky that they have enough time for me to enter both as they were really appealing to me and maybe you too if you like making the same stuff as me. So I'll promote them here.
:icondr-druids: Is hosting the smaller one of the two, which I have kept as a surprise until I have submitted my entry "Dry Tide' for it. he has extended the closing time to Friday 31st August. Those who are interested in 3D Vue and Terragen scenes may find it interesting.
:iconnameless-designer: Is hosting a larger contest for those who want to push their creativity to the limit, where the goal is to create space art but in a new and unusual way and the closing time for that is 1st September...I'm sure at least one of my watchers likes making space scenes so I'll see you in the contest ! and to keep you in suspense, I already have an idea but it most likely wont be my next deviation...It involves...a lamp ?. how are you going to connect that with space art ? You'll be pleasantly surprised.

My trip to North Queesnland is fast approaching. From Thursday 9 to Wednesday 15 I may have only little access to the internet ( need a break anyway...my eyes are sore ) So I may not be able to respond immediately to comments, favs or purchases ( wink wink )

Anyway, thats it for now. Things are running pretty smoothly at the moment. Let me close with a Superliminal message...BUY MY PRINTS !

Good luck with the print sales. I unfortunately won't be buying one since I'm a poor 15 year old without a job or credit card to buy anything online. Otherwise I would definately consider it. Let us know how the sales go.

I'm struck for cash too, so I though I'd try selling stuff on DA. But it dosn't cost me anything, so it wont matter even if no-one buys any. Though theres a 3D site where people make and sell objects and textures for others to use in their 3D scenes, so I'm thinking about taking my buisness there.
