Trick or Tree has become my first deviation to reach over 100 faves in it's first day, I'm glad you all like it so much ! Now I've set my bar higher.
The rest is old information-still not over this bridge yet....
The title kinda oversells it, but I couldn't think of a better one, though it does have relevance to what I'll get to in a minute. The last journal was really long and made my page look messy anyway so I''l make a new one for this mildly important information.
Anyway I am a bit pressured at the moment, I have a few things going through my mind, things that make me nervous but I will eventually have to do. I have been putting off learning how to drive and finding work for ages now. It's been nearly a year since I finished High School and I havn't accomplished anything since. So I better put deviations aside and start doing normal-people stuff.
It's also happening on the digital art side of things as well, I have teachers, parents and even the local video store demanding stuff from me, so most of my photoshop time recently has been spent on things that couldn't be further from the usual, which makes them not really enjoyable to make...I guess it can mean a good thing but I ain't getting much which hardly motivates me to start, and they all came at once...a few weeks ago I was cheerfully working on my own projects but now its stuff thats...well..boring to create and hardly shows my full photoshop skills. BUt I won't let myself become one of those deviants who goes months on end without submitting stuff.
It's starting to get long now, So I'll end with clubs that I'm part of, thanks to those who read !

My dream.
As for work, sounds like it found you. I was a commercial artist back in the day when we used "paper" . I know, spooky.
I loved the challenge of taking the clients ideas ( usually stupid ) and making art out of them.
Sure it isn't like making your own, but when the client says "wow" that is really nice to feel.
You should be a commercial artist and go look for commissions.
I have this group of people working on an online game. But they want me to work for free. I did one just to give it a try and they loved it. But I'm having second thoughts. they take too long to do for "nothing".
And as for commissions, well it seems the only people who get that are fan-artists. What a surprise :sarcastic:
Think of as an internship.
Oh well, I'm not here to brag...just to stick to that "promote every 50th watcher" thing I started, its mainly for their sake. And to shows my watchers that I care about them ( I know that is sucks to watch someone who dosn't even take notice, I have actually un-watched some for that )
Phew, thats the longest reply I've made to a single emoticaon lol.
