FeaturedComments You have a real talent for creating variable and eye-catching landscapes and settings. Many people on deviantart tell me that they have trouble drawing backgrounds, so you're galley is pretty unique.
I've been coming up with imaginary monsters for years. However, I always had trouble fleshing out the world they would actually live in. Seeing this gallery give me a mix of jealousy and inspiration.  I have noticed that a good 90% of deviantART focuses primarily on characters. I always found it amazing how people can draw an anatomically-correct person or creature without any hassle yet struggle with the quite open-to-expression randomness of nature. No-one can complain about a hill or tree looking off-model, as every one is unique
 That's why I always found nature-themed art more enjoyable to make. But everyone has weak points. I'm jealous of those who can draw realistic people (or at least ones that don't look like they're missing a chromosome  ) |
