Felt like a new and slightly more mature-looking ID photo. Can't keep living off that early 2008 one forever 
I sorted this and one other photo from 40 or so shots and this one was chosen over the other by an artifically-coloured hairstring 
I might submit the other later on since I sorta liked it as its own picture anyway 
) The cropping, colour-balance and faking the look of Depth of Field were done in Photoshop
