It's been a couple of years since I made a progression series based on one of my artworks, and since this one was done with a slightly more professional method of creation I thought it would be worth composing together. It's not really a tutorial, just more of an idea of how I work on any image that has no 3D involved, but if people feel like they can learn from it anyway then that's all well and good...Here's the actual artwork Mediterranean Village
I did use some custom brushes in some areas though, like the leaves on the trees and some rough/gritty one son the rocky surface. But surprisingly I made some good use of some of Photoshop's more "bristly" or spatterly brush presets for things like finer foliage but mostly on the walls of all buildings and on the pavement
how did u add the the tiles and stuff on the floor i always trying doing stuff like this but i just end up failing and do cgi or something this is really wonderful
and I like the final piece
