Here's the first of what will eventually be many "little worlds", slightly influenced by stages in Super Mario Galaxy along with original ideas for environments and overall themes that will be given to each one Ido in the future. This here being the best theme to kickstart this 3D series, having a typical garden/park type theme thats often seen on the first levels of many adventure games before we finally move on to the more creative and bizarre landscapes. Please note this isn't simply a "replica" of any existing stage from any game, its a completely original idea loosely based on Super Mario Galaxy's theme.

4th: Channel City galaxy
5th: Banshee Bridge galaxy

The technical work here was long and tedious, first creating the basic elements in Cinema 4D ( picnic table, fountain, bridge, kiddy park and the main body of the planet ) The worst part was then taking it into Vue, and having to manually place heaps of trees, plants and rocks all over the planet, trying to get them to stand correctly from its surface, it went up to over 4 billion polygons in total, and I had to put up with a record 9 program crashes during its creation ( 8 in Vue, 1 during postwork in Photoshop ) I'd love to say more, But I've rambled on long enough now.

Geeez... I've heard of Vue making polygon disasters out of nearly every scene, but 4 billions? That's insane...

It was worth it, though. ;)

Lol, I friggin hated having to catch those things, if this really were a stage in the game, it would be well suited for the rabbits :XD:

Went she bent over, Rover took over and gave her a bone of his own.

Vue has the amazing ability to handle billions of polygons well, though it does crash if you try to work it too fast when in that state ( a smy comment says, it crashe don me 8 times! ) it still handles such a heavy workload better than any other program, and it renders in such high detail faster than the others too
